Yevhen Rachkov is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Historiography, Source Study, and Archaeology, Karazin Kharkiv National University. He is aslo the Head of the research project "СITY AND WAR: Destruction, Preservation and Rethinking of the Urban Cultural Heritage of Large Cities in Eastern and Southern Ukraine during the Russo-Ukrainian war". The project is sponsored by the Contemporary Ukraine Studies Program at the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies, University of Alberta.
