Olena Kryzhanivska is a Ukrainian researcher with a PhD degree in Political and Social Sciences from Gazi University, Turkey. She received a Darcovich Memorial Doctoral Fellowship in 2023/24 from the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies. She has worked for the Norwegian Embassy in Ankara and interned for the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs in New York. Currently, Kryzhanivska is an Emerging Expert with the Forum on the Arms Trade and contributes to its regular monitoring of arms transfers to Ukraine.
